State Court Receiver

     Les Rodin is President of Les Rodin Company, Inc., a diversified property management and real estate investment company founded in 1973. Rodin is noted for his "hands-on" management style and personal client service philosophy. 

     Operating under its affiliate, The Rodin Company, the company currently manages more than 1,000 apartment units and 500,000 square feet of commercial and retail properties. 

     The company is active in acquisition, syndication and brokerage of various types of investment properties, and has been involved in several successful rehabilitation projects. As general partner of several limited partnerships, Rodin's management approach has focused on providing the financial and executive management expertise required by his investors. 

     Since 1974, Rodin has served as a State Court Receiver for the California Superior Court system. As a Receiver and property manager, he is uniquely qualified and positioned to handle all aspects of the Receivership estate. 

     Rodin is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and has been an active member of the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management since 1971. He is a licensed real estate broker, a member of the California Association of Realtors, the Southland Regional Association of Realtors and a Realtor member of both the San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He was on the Los Angeles Superior Court Ad Hoc Committee on Receivership and is a founder and director of the California Receivers Forum.
